Ande Orbach: A creative spirit and asset to Side Gate

 Ande is the SA connection to Side Gate. Proudly a new Australian stemming from Austria, she grew up in wonderful Adelaide.  After a number of careers including teaching Primary School, being a Flight Attendant and experiencing  a world full of travel and life experiences she connected with Josef and his 3 beautiful daughters in Melbourne. Some years later with the addition of two new Orbach girls the family moved to Clare SA for a country escape. Ande started a weekly street Market 'Andy's Market', was LOTE German teacher at St Joseph's School and  later became the Restauranter at Clarevale. JOSEF'S RECIPE: Gluten-free Gnocchi with Pine mushrooms

Enjoy a heart warming dinner from scratch with your family and friends  – If you love mushrooms and Italian dinning try Josef's home-made recipe, bring the house together with this delicious meal!   INGREDIENTS 4 (750g) desiree potatoes, unpeeled1 1/3 cups (200g) Gluten free plain flour, plus a little extra1 ¼ pound of Pine mushrooms2 tablespoons olive oil2 tablespoons unsalted butter4 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced½ teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to taste½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper¼ cup white wine   Grated Parmesan for and chive garnish for serving METHOD 1.First, Place potatoes in a saucepan. Bowman's Bottling Tonic (Batch #0006)

Bowmans tonic is handcrafted in the heart of Vancouver's historic Crosstown district by two guys out to make the world's best gin and tonic. Andrew Hudec (a 3D feature animator), and Nicolas Schneiter (a culinary graduate) may have different professions, yet they share the same amazing passion for mixology.
