JOSEF'S RECIPE: Gluten-free Gnocchi with Pine mushrooms

Enjoy a heart warming dinner from scratch with your family and friends  – If you love mushrooms and Italian dinning try Josef's home-made recipe, bring the house together with this delicious meal!   INGREDIENTS 4 (750g) desiree potatoes, unpeeled1 1/3 cups (200g) Gluten free plain flour, plus a little extra1 ¼ pound of Pine mushrooms2 tablespoons olive oil2 tablespoons unsalted butter4 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced½ teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to taste½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper¼ cup white wine   Grated Parmesan for and chive garnish for serving METHOD 1.First, Place potatoes in a saucepan. JOSEF'S RECIPE: Hot Cross Buns

It’s just not Easter without Josef's Hot X Buns – Tastes so delicious hot out of the oven, not to mention how sweet it makes the whole house smell! INGREDIENTS 290 ml Water1 egg, lightly beaten2 tbsp, Butter1 tsp, Salt2 tbsp Sugar3 ½ cups, Bread Flour2 tbsp, Milk Powder1 tsp, Bread Improver3 tsp, Dry Yeast1 tbsp, Ground Cinnamon1 tbsp, Mixed Spice METHOD 1. Place all the ingredients in electric bowl mixer (with hook) and knead for 15 minutes2. Then add the following ingredients to the bowl and knead for a further 5 minutes:- 1 cup/100g Sultanas- ¼ cup/45g Mixed Peel3. Divide dough into 18 pieces and turn out on a lightly floured surface.
