Shipping Policy:

We currently ship to Australian addresses only.

For International please email us for a custom DHL shipping quote. +61 3 9417 5757 or Local duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please wait up to seven business days for your wine to be delivered upon receiving email confirmation of your order.

With this being said, postage can be somewhat tentative at times, which means that if you have not received your wine in this time frame, please contact us (9417 5757 or and we will do our very best to track your deliveries in order to keep you up to date.

Delivery times made known to you are estimates only and Side Gate Wines is not liable for any late delivery or non-delivery.

Side Gate Wines is not liable for any loss, damage or delay that occurs to you or any other person claiming through you arising from late or non-delivery of the wine ordered.

Return Policy:

Should you receive a delivery that is either damaged or incorrect, please contact us via email or phone and we will be more than happy to arrange either a replacement of the items or a full refund. 

We do reserve the right to use our discretion when replacing items that have been ordered in error. However, we do require that any products that are to be returned be unopened. The unopened bottles need to be returned within 14 days of received postage, with an internal review by Side Gate staff being conducted in order to establish and rectify the problem. From there, money will be refunded once we have received the shipment and are satisfied that they are in original condition.
